The BAA is built on HHS OCR's own model language. Read every clause before you sign → our BAA, explained clause-by-clause. The NDA covers us both. No claim data moves until both are signed; that ordering is non-negotiable in our process (BAA before bytes → why there's no upload button on this site).

Secure intake → findings
You receive a private SharePoint intake link (BAA-covered Microsoft infrastructure). Your team drops in the standard exports: an 835/remittance file or denial report and an A/R aging export. The packet includes the exact list per practice-management system. The engine runs your full claim population across all 284 denial pathways. Our commitment: findings within 10 business days of receiving your data, or we tell you exactly why and when.

- Sending claim exports through the secure intake
You are not agreeing to
- Any recovery engagement (that's a separate decision after you see findings)
- Any payment: $0, the audit is free
- Any call. We email the findings; a walkthrough is offered, never required
- Any lock-in. If the findings don't impress you, keep them and walk
If you do engage us afterward, pricing is published, not quoted: 18–35% contingency by claim age on commercial recoveries, flat $25/claim on Medicare/Medicaid (federal rules prohibit percentages there), 5% for optional full billing management → full pricing table.
