Claim files are patient data. They never travel by email, and they never travel through this website. Here's how they actually move.
Never email claim files
A claim export (an aging report, an 835/ERA file, a denial worklist) contains protected health information (PHI). Ordinary email is not an appropriate channel for it, and we will never ask you to attach claim files to an email. If anyone claiming to work with us ever does, stop and call us at (844) 273-9356.
How the secure channel works
- Start with the free check. The free denial-cost check and first conversation use industry benchmarks and your rough volumes. No patient data at all.
- NDA + BAA signed. Before any identifiable data moves, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with your practice. E-signature, minutes.
- You receive a private, encrypted upload link. We issue your practice its own private Microsoft SharePoint upload location: encrypted, access-controlled, and covered under our executed Microsoft Business Associate Agreement.
- Your export goes in; the engine runs. You drop the claim export into your private folder, and the analysis begins. Findings come back evidence-first, yours to keep.
Why there is no upload button on this page
The same rule applies to our contact forms: they collect business contact details only and explicitly ask you not to include patient information (see our Privacy Policy).
Ready when you are
The free check takes about two minutes and uses no patient data, so it's the natural first step. When you're ready for the real analysis, the NDA + BAA and your private upload link follow in that order.
